Classes 💃 No dance experience required. Simply show up. All genders welcome, you’ll have a blast, make friends for life and don’t need to wear heels or strip if that’s not your thing. You’ll be learning confidence, stage presence, and tricks and tools to start your burlesque journey. Focus is on building confidence & and even showcasing your very own burlesque style every class! For Beginners, Taking Cybil’s Awakening Your Inner Showstopper: From Vision to Stage Course or attending her Tuesday Burlesque Class is highly recommended prior to these coaching options.

Bring your Burlesque Act to Cybil Unrest for instant feedback and up leveling of your routine. In these 1 – 1.5 hour sessions she will watch your performance and suggest revamped or add on improvements in real time. You will be able to perform your routine 3-6 times per session to refine and polish your act to perfection. The session will/can be recorded for your playback / note keeping needs.

Live In-Person Sessions: will be at the Nevada City, CA Lifted Pole Fitness Studio Please note that the studio charges rent of $20 an hour. This fee is not included in your investment payment to Cybil
Live Zoom Sessions: available upon request

Cybil also offers Private Coaching one-on-one or semi-private instruction. If you are looking to critique an existing act, build an act, or are a complete beginner, Cybil is here to help guide and coach you and your act(s) to perfection. She has been helping burlesque artists since 2011.
